The 2023 theme, “Pray Fervently in Righteousness and Avail Much” is based on James 5:16b, and serves as a reminder of the promise that, “The effective, fervent prayer of a righteous man avails much.” to serve as a reminder that “The effective, fervent and prayers of a righteous man avails much.”

The Cahokia Heights Chamber of Commerce has the pleasure of hosting our First National Day of Prayer which will be held on Thursday May 4, 2023, from 10:00 AM until 12 noon. The program will take place at The Miracle Tabernacle Church of God in Christ, Located at 610 Range Lane, Cahokia Heights, IL.  62206.

This gathering is a time when we seek to find relationships and strength through our love for God.  In times like these, let us join together as we call upon the Lord and pray with the deepest conviction to the awesome powers of God, our Lord and Savior.

This is the 60^th Anniversary of the National Day of Prayer.

Our President of the Cahokia Area Chamber of Commerce, Pastor Darwyn Buchanan, will be our host on this special day of prayer.
